This session will focus on two cases (role of philanthropy and public-private partnerships and situation of forced migrants) to illustrate the opportunities and challenges of using human rights to advance the right to the highest attainable standard of health in the context of globalization and neoliberalism. Participants will be able to understand the link between health and human rights with a focus on duty bearers and rights holders and be exposed to the idea of indivisibility of rights.
