Abstract

This CME poster discusses Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children, or (MIS-C), which was first described in Europe in April 2020 as a post viral inflammatory syndrome. Since then it has gained attention worldwide and become better understood. This CME aims to give providers a brief overview of the current knowledge regarding MIS-C, as well as recommendations for recognition, diagnostic studies, treatment, and follow-up of this disease.
