Across divisions of geography, culture, ethnicity, gender, race, and every other perceived difference among humans, we share fluency in the common language of sensory perceptions. This presentation proposes that an intersection of sensory and peace studies would prepare peacebuilders to more effectively recognize and resolve conflict before it becomes violent.
