Abstract
Clear guidelines are set for COPD management but alternatives are being explored in actual clinical practice. With nearly a third of patients starting triple therapy in one year, it leads to question whether triple therapy should be initiated at the start to possibly limit progression and for the overall health of the patient. This paper highlights different treatment options and weigh pros and cons of the possible initiation of triple therapy.
