Abstract
Gender disparity in salary, bonuses, allocated CME funds, leadership positions, and promotions has been found to be prevalent in all medical professions, apart from pharmacy. This article explores gender discrepancy in the PA profession. More specifically, this project sought to unearth the manifestations and influencing factors of gender disparity in the profession as well as proposed interventions to close the gap.
