Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis is a debilitating disease with a complex immune mechanism. New treatments are being developed and guidelines are changing alongside significant research in immune response to disease and treatment. This article analyzes disease classification, treatment updates, and recent research in stem cells, and makes recommendations in clinical application.
